Downtown Colonial Beach (DCB) would like to thank everyone for showing up and showing out for the first ever Colonial Beach Sip & Stroll! Roving carolers sang spirited holiday songs and our very own Colonial Beach Boardwalk Band serenaded us with classic Christmas tunes. More than a dozen volunteer ambassadors greeted guests with event maps and a warm smile. Restaurants, wineries, breweries, retail shops, and art venues opened their doors for attendees and shoppers. And business was good! Several reported doubling or tripling business during the Sip & Stroll! Thanks to the Town of Colonial Beach for their support and trust, the Colonial Beach Police Department for keeping us all safe, and a special and HUGE shout out to the Sip & Stroll Committee who put many hours over many months into the development and execution of this event. You are AMAZING!
Now…just wait to see what Colonial Beach Sip & Stroll brings in 2023! Here is hoping that each of you have a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season! 💕
